Recording Available: RealXpert Webinar:Buyer Agency Professional Designation
Kaplan is launching a new designation tailored for real estate professionals: the Buyer Agency ProfessionalTM (BAP TM) designation. The way buyer’s agents are getting paid is changing and this course is intended to help these agents develop and demonstrate their unique value proposition to would-be buyers.
Apply the skills needed to succeed in a post-class-action lawsuit world by learning to outshine competitors, create compelling value propositions, confidently win buyer representation presentations, and master the art of securing compensation. From understanding the type of contract needed, to creating a professional services menu that meets the buyer’s specific needs, students will become more valuable buyer’s agents and get paid for doing it.
Join co-creators Aimee Hanson & Steve Pederson as they explain the advantages of attaining this designation. The 30 minute webinar will be held on 4/3/24 at
9:00 a PT,
10:00 a MT,
11:00a CT,
12:00p ET.

Weekly Challenge: Networking Like a Pro!
Tell 3 family members, friends, colleagues and/or personal service providers (i.e. your beautician/barber, doctor, trainer etc.) that you are now in the real estate business (You are, it's official! Embrace it!) and that you would love to help them and anyone they know who's interested in buying or selling real estate in your area.
Pro Tips: Keep the conversation simple and casual. No need to get too salesy, these folks already know you and your character which is why they are such a great source of opportunity! Think about your Value Proposition and articulate it with confidence. At the very least you will be able to provide trust, loyalty and devotion. Let them know that if they hire you they will be your top priority. Also, give a clear date (estimate if necessary) for your "Grand Opening" of your business. Last, follow-up with everyone that you started a real estate conversation with once you have obtained your license, then move in for the CLOSE! You should be able to win 1-3 clients from within your sphere of influence to help launch your business. You got this; go for it!
*NOTE: Please be careful not to perform any licensee duties prior to receiving your real estate license from your designated authority.
