Tell 3 family members, friends, colleagues and/or personal service providers (i.e. your beautician/barber, doctor, trainer etc.) that you are now in the real estate business (You are, it's official! Embrace it!) and that you would love to help them and anyone they know who's interested in buying or selling real estate in your area.


Pro Tips: Keep the conversation simple and casual. No need to get too salesy, these folks already know you and your character which is why they are such a great source of opportunity! Think about your Value Proposition and articulate it with confidence. At the very least you will be able to provide trust, loyalty and devotion. Let them know that if they hire you they will be your top priority. Also, give a clear date (estimate if necessary) for your "Grand Opening" of your business. Last, follow-up with everyone that you started a real estate conversation with once you have obtained your license, then move in for the CLOSE! You should be able to win 1-3 clients from within your sphere of influence to help launch your business. You got this; go for it!
