Traditionally a buyer's agent found their client's property and then assisted them in closing the deal. Is there room for a new type of buyer's agent whose first job is to find the buyer others to partner with them to buy a home together?

    With prices skyrocketing and a lack of inventory in some areas, I think this would be a great solution. But then the question becomes, who could you live with? Family or friends? Or both?
