Taking Proctored Test after Course 1 tomorrow. Tips?
Hi! I'm getting ready to take the Course 1 exam tomorrow night, any tips. I have checked the computer compatibility and have zoom on. Anything else? Do we just pull up the Launch button on the new course that was added at the right time?
Re: What type of real estate interests you most and why? 🏡🏢🏘
I’m passionate about residential real estate, particularly helping first-time homebuyers navigate the journey to homeownership. 🏡 There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding someone through such a major life milestone and seeing the excitement when they get the keys to their new home!
I also have a strong interest in senior real estate, assisting baby boomers and their families as they make important housing decisions—whether that’s downsizing, utilizing a reverse mortgage, or transitioning into a more manageable home. Helping people find the right home at different life stages is what makes this industry so meaningful to me.

Facilitator to both sides - No, No
the rule. Licensee provides real estate services, but does not represent either party in a transaction. However, cannot be a facilitator if they are brokerage represents either Party to the transaction. How do you figure out which side Trump’s facilitation and then creates agency?
Re: Facilitator to both sides - No, No
Hi Maria, to be a facilitator, you must not represent either side. Because all contracts belong to the firm, if the brokerage has a listing/buyers agency agreement with a party, facilitation is no longer an option. An agency agreement always "trumps" facilitation.
