NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Kaplan Real Estate Community Back-to-School Bingo Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kaplan North America, LLC (“Sponsor”). The entry period for the Giveaway commences on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 7:00 am ET and ends Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET (“Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to Kaplan Real Estate Student Community members as of 7:00 am ET on September 14, 2026, who are 18 years of age or older, and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia during the Promotion Period. Void anywhere outside of the United States and Caribbean Islands and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Officers, directors, representatives and employees of Sponsor and Kaplan North America, LLC, their respective parents, affiliates or subsidiaries, or their respective advertising, promotion, publicity, production, and judging agencies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Community members (“Entrants”) must download and complete a Kaplan Real Estate Back-to-School Bingo scorecard by visiting this link.

To participate in the virtual Bingo game, and receive entries in the Giveaway, Entrants must: 

1. Download the Back-to-School Real Estate Bingo card here
   
2. Complete a square by doing that square’s task, marking the card off as the game continues. 
   
3. A qualifying Bingo card can be achieved by marking off 5 Bingo spots in any row, column, or diagonal line (“Standard Bingo”); completing both Bingo diagonals for an X-Marks the Spot Bingo; completing all 4 corner squares for a 4 Corners Bingo; or completing the entire card for a Blackout Bingo. Entrants may keep playing once they have Bingo. An eligible Entrant who timely submits proof of Standard Bingo, Four Corners Bingo, X-Marks the Spot Bingo, or Blackout Bingo will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway drawing. An eligible Entrant who timely submits proof of Blackout Bingo will receive one (1) additional entry, for a total of two (2) entries. Completing multiple Bingo patterns other than Blackout Bingo will not result in additional entries. Limit two (2) entries and one (1) prize per Entrant.
   
4. Commenting “BINGO” and posting a photograph or screenshot of the completed Bingo card in the comments to the designated Giveaway post in the Kaplan Real Estate Student Community, available at https://community.kaplan.com/realestate/discussion/19631/share-your-completed-bingo-cards, before 11:59 pm ET on September 28, 2026. The submission must clearly show the completed squares for the applicable Bingo pattern and remain accessible within the Community through completion of winner verification.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about September 29, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), Sponsor will randomly select up to four (4) potential Winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The first potential Winner selected will receive the Case Logic 16 in computer backpack (for Blackout Bingo); the second potential Winner selected will receive the Yeti 20-ounce Tumbler; the third potential Winner selected will receive the Daybreak Weekender Tote; and the fourth potential Winner selected will receive the Slim Wireless Power Bank. Once an Entrant is selected as a potential Winner, that Entrant and all remaining entries submitted by that Entrant will be removed from subsequent selections. Winners will be notified to fill out their prize redemption form on the Drawing Date, at the close of the virtual Bingo game. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner does not complete the prize redemption form and return it to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days after notice is sent, such potential prize winner will forfeit their prize. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or decline a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize Winner will be disqualified. Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential Winner if a potential Winner is disqualified, forfeits or declines a prize, or cannot be contacted, if time permits. 

5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. An eligible Blackout Bingo submission receives one (1) additional entry and therefore increases that Entrant's chances of winning, subject to the limit of two (2) entries per Entrant. 

6. PRIZE: 

Up to four (4) winners will be selected to receive one (1) of the prizes below on the Drawing Date. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prizes is $205 USD. The Bingo pattern completed does not determine the prize an Entrant may win. Prizes will be assigned in the order stated in Section 4.

• One (1) Yeti 20-ounce Tumbler (ARV $55)
• One (1) Daybreak Weekender Tote (ARV $50)
• One (1) Slim Wireless Power Bank (ARV $35)
• BLACKOUT BINGO PRIZE – One (1) Case Logic 16 in Computer Backpack (ARV $65)

No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer for any prize (or prize component) is permitted, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) with a prize of equal or greater value, whether due to the unavailability of a prize (or prize component), or for any other reason. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes (if applicable) including, without limitation, income taxes, are the sole responsibility of each winner. Any third-party names and trademarks referenced in these Official Rules are the property of their respective owners. The applicable trademark owners are not affiliated with, and do not sponsor, endorse, or administer, this Giveaway. 

7. USE OF ENTRANT AND WINNER INFORMATION: Entrants agree that Kaplan may collect, process, store, and otherwise use their personal data collected for this Giveaway, including name and address, for the purposes and within the context of the Giveaway, and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at kaplan.com/privacy-policy. Such data may also be used by Kaplan to check an Entrant’s identity, their postal address, and telephone number, or to otherwise verify their eligibility to participate in the contest and to receive the prize. No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other entities. 

8. AGREEMENT: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. 

9. TERMS: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, weather, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless each of Sponsor and Kaplan, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof. 

11. WAIVER OF INJUNCTIVE RELIEF; GOVERNING LAW: ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (i) THE GIVEAWAY, (ii) THE AWARDING OR REDEMPTION OF ANY PRIZES AND/OR (iii) THE DETERMINATION OF THE SCOPE OR APPLICABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THEIR ENFORCEMENT ON INTERPRETATION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE STATE OF INDIANA. ENTRANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THEY SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE GIVEAWAY. 

12. PRIVACY: Personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Giveaway and awarding of a Prize. In addition, by entering, entrants agree to Sponsor's use of entrant's personal information as described in its Privacy Policy at https://kaplan.com/privacy-policy. Please refer to Sponsor's privacy policy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor. 

13. WINNER: For a list of winners selected, please mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by October 15, 2026, to Kaplan North America, LLC, ATTN: Kaplan Communities Team, 1515 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 or email at kaplancommunity.support@kaplan.com.
