    I find it hard to juggle my time between what I need and the things my family needs. I need to separate myself and find that space to be successful. Isolation from that is crucial.

    That's a great point @Shanika_Moore100157 - how do you prioritize everything you have going on personally while you're trying to deal with career stuff to advance or change fields. We do only have 24 hours in the day.
