Meet Our Experts! Deborah Clark
My name is Deborah Clark. In 2016, while pursuing a JD at Kaplan's Concord Law School, I joined the Kaplan Instructor team as a part-time securities instructor for the SIE, Series 6, 63, and 7 study programs. As a professional who is passionate about education, I thoroughly enjoyed assisting students with passing securities licensing exams. In 2021, following the suspension of our public in-person classes, I joined the online InstructorLink team.
Prior to joining Kaplan, I had a successful career managing and training Registered Representatives and later as a Senior Account Manager for large-market corporate clients in the Southeast region for TIAA and The Vanguard Group. In these roles, I successfully developed business strategies to leverage a full spectrum of participant education, retirement planning and personal advice programs designed to enhance investor loyalty and employee participation in their employer-sponsored retirement plans. During this period, I was also employed as a part-time Insurance Instructor for ECPI. In addition to acquiring several insurance and securities licenses, I currently maintain a NC Life & Health Insurance license.
I am a proud University of Michigan alumni and I'm grateful for the opportunity to prepare new hires for successfully passing their securities licensing exams.
