Resources question?
I was in a class and the instructor stated we cannot just go off of what Kaplan is teaching us in the class, videos ,curriculum, practice exams to pass our exams. I would like to know what other legitimate resource I can use to pass Texas and national exam then?

the rule. Licensee provides real estate services, but does not represent either party in a transaction. However, cannot be a facilitator if they are brokerage represents either Party to the transaction. How do you figure out which side Trump’s facilitation and then creates agency?

Since there are 3 different types of trust accounts (sales, management, and security deposit), would a firm ever need to create more than three trust accounts? If so, why?
