Hello ALL

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to formerly introduce myself. My name is Daphanie, and I just completed the Real Estate Mentor Live Class tonight. The instructor of the class suggested to introduce ourselves to others to build a fellow real estate community and connect with others across the nation to share ideas, build clientele, and more! Also, I'm currently based in Virginia, so feel free to reach out to me for any future referrals. I am not licensed yet, but I do plan to take the exam within the next couple months and help anyone the best that I can!

Hello @Daphanie11601855 Welcome to the community. We are so happy to have you join us. I'm glad that you were able to attend the Career Mentor class last night. What was one golden nugget you got out of last night's session?

Hi @jamielcash Sorry for the delay! The one golden nugget I got out of the Career Mentor class was learning how to build a list of connections across multiple states online, and how to prepare for upcoming start up costs. The instructor was excellent and very knowledgeable!
