Is anyone else having a hard time finding a Proctor to take the online course exam?

I have finished all of the course content for the Principles of Real Estate in Texas 1. However, I am finding it extremely difficult to find a proctoring service.

All of the in person or online proctoring services either are not in partnership with Kaplan Professional or they only offer their services to their own students (e.g. colleges proctoring their own students),
What is the best way I can move forward and can a Kaplan Instructor offer proctoring services as the neutral 3rd party? I am so lost here
