    I’m passionate about residential real estate, particularly helping first-time homebuyers navigate the journey to homeownership. 🏑 There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding someone through such a major life milestone and seeing the excitement when they get the keys to their new home!

    I also have a strong interest in senior real estate, assisting baby boomers and their families as they make important housing decisionsβ€”whether that’s downsizing, utilizing a reverse mortgage, or transitioning into a more manageable home. Helping people find the right home at different life stages is what makes this industry so meaningful to me.

    @Jenisvo When I was active in selling real estate I specialized in "first time home buyers". Nothing in the world felt better than helping someone transition from a renter to a homeowner . Handing a buyer the keys to their first house was always a joyful experience.

    @Jenisvo This is a good question for me to reflect on. I just started my real estate sales courses this month. Right now, my goal is simply to pass my courses and state exam. I haven't started focusing on the different types of real estate yet. From what I see around me, residential and first-time home buyers is a popular option, such as what @bobratahan mentioned. I also see folks specializing in luxury real estate here in Los Angeles. I find a personal interest in certain types of architectural styles for residences. I'm going to bookmark this topic and come back to it later on as I start to learn more about the different specialties.
