Proctored Exam
Vested
π£οΈI assume paper and calculator are acceptable to have out during the proctored final exam, but I do not see this written anywhere. Can someone verify? Thanks

π¨Hi Ashley! For the Kaplan final exam in NC, you are allowed a blank piece of paper and you are only allowed to use it for math. You will have to show this to the proctor before and after your exam. You may not make notes about the exam. You are allowed to use a basic function calculator. It cannot be programmable and may not be your cell phone.
I do want to stress this is for NC only, every state has different rules for their proctored exam.

π¨@Ashley11126161 Hi Ashley, can you provide your state so we can give you the proper answer. As Amber mentioned it is acceptable in NC and most states, but we would like to make sure.

Hello, I was wondering the same thing but for the state Georgia, is there any way I can see the rules for the exam?

π@Luis11082783 Every state has a course syllabus. On the first page of the syllabus is a link to that states handbook/bulletin. That is where you will find an outiline stating how your state breaks down their exam. Itβs a very helpful tool to use when trying to understand what you need to know for your State & National exams.
I hope this is helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
