👤Newer agents don't know what to ask, how to compare options, or how to get started in their new real estate career… what do you wish YOU would have asked at the starting gate?

This is a great question @mamabear20543. Here is a list of questions you can ask any Brokerage you are interviewing.

🚨@Trisha10289925 I agree. Commission is the least important factor. This most important question is how are you going to help me succeed in this business. It is also just fine to ask "why" should I join your brokerage.
Training is the #1 factor in your future success. So ask about it, ask to attend,or see the material before you dive in. Having a great mentor is fantastic, remember you share your commission with them, but a mentor that is not codependent and really critics you is invaluable. I have been an employing broker before and I can tell you if you ask me these questions I would not be offended, I'd be impressed. I have attached my list of questions to add to what Jamie has already posted. Read both and take what works for you. I do advise that you write down the questions and note the response from each interview. This way you don't get off track or charmed into signing a contract for employment before you know where you "best" fit.
