    I am looking to get into property management as well. Many of the job listings for Property management I've seen are now requiring a Real Estate License.

    That's a fantastic route to take. Having your Salesperson's license can be a nice value add for a property management position for sure. You may also consider obtaining you CAM (Community Association Manager) license if you decide that you enjoy this work and want to excel in the multi-family world. Of course, you can always form an LLC and go out on your own. The sky is the limit!
