    @Jennifer9823403 @Chandra11126302 @rrovan83 I love your enthusiasm! When I started real estate many years ago, I decided it was for a lifetime, not just a market period. If you "serve" the public and learn how to pivot with the market you too can have a career, not just a job. In every market someone wants to buy, you just have to be ready. Learn everything you can once you get your license. Know the tax laws, financing rules and most of all save part of every commission to hold you through the lean times. I can't think of a better feeling than handing a person the keys to their first home. This is a great business where you can help people change their lives. Congratulations on the first step to a great adventure.
