Course Hours
Hello everyone! I am taking my real estate courses and I have three of the following courses, California principles, legal aspects, and practice real estate. I need to have 45 hours spent in each of those courses a grand total of 135 hours for all three courses. I have finished the three courses but I don't know how many hours I have accumulated. How do I check how many hours I have spent in each course? Or is there any way I can look at how much time I have accumulated going through all the courses? Thank you

🚨Many educational institutions refer to hours synonymously with credits. In this case, the DRE is doing the same. When you have passed the 3 Kaplan final exams you have accrued the 135 hours. You want to make sure that you apply to the DRE soon, as the credits that you have received for your Practice course will expire on 12/31/23 if you have not applied to the state.
Congratulations on the work you have done so far.

Can I apply to the DRE even when I don't have my certificates? I also have my fingerprints done, can I submit the application before submitting my transcripts/certificates? Thank you, Im also in southern California

🚨No. You can get registered with elicensing, but you cannot submit your application until you have all 3 certificates of completion.
