Finding a broker to hang license

Hi,

I'm having a hard time finding a good broker that will even answer my calls or emails. I ask to speak to the managing broker and leave messages saying I'm looking to hang my license and when is a good time to talk to them, but no one is reaching out. What are some good ways to find a good broker.

    @Denisa9850177 I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. It could be a combination of things, but like most people, with kids out of school, many are on vacation with their families this time of year. Not a lot of backup personnel for hiring agents in a typical brokerage. Most brokerages will have a website with career tab. I'd suggest you fill out the inquiry form there and explain what you're looking for. You may even want to go in person to the top 3 or 4 companies you are considering and introduce yourself. Be prepared to leave a resume. Wishing you a ton of success and try not to be too discouraged. The right brokerage will be there for you.
