Luxury home sales above $1 million are rising, while sub-$250k inventory continues to drop.
Per NAR, July existing-home sales slipped 1.7% month-over-month to a 4.06M annual pace, though sales are still up 0.7% year-over-year and 2.4% overall for the year.
