Hello, my name is Carlos and I'm from Michigan. I recently passed my real estate agent exam. I am currently a licensed loan originator in Michigan and Florida, and I have five years of mortgage underwriting experience in conventional, jumbo/non-conventional, and FHA loans. I also have my direct endorsement, which allows me to review FHA appraisals. If you are also dual-licensed, how has it worked for you? What real estate brokerage/mortgage brokerage are you partnered with?
