Has anyone used the Breakthrough Broker Marketing Center?

The Breakthrough Broker Marketing Center is a free tool that is part of Kaplan's Premier Student Perks program. It allows you to create listing brochures, marketing flyers, social media posts, business cards, open house flyers, etc., all with just a few clicks of your mouse.

Has anyone tried this free tool yet? I'd love to know what you think.
