Can someone please explain what this means, and how to fix it? I cannot afford to miss any time in getting my courses complete. However, I am 100% unable to do anything. Please help

    Hello Jamie, the videos in Post is still not working I have tried to call tech support but the phones keep repeating itself and won't let me put in the information it asks for. Do you have anything news on that?
