This is a great topic, Jamie!
For decades, one of the ways people have been getting over their fear of public speaking is through Toastmasters International. For a nominal membership fee, the organization builds confidence through a fun, engaging, step-by-step approach to public speaking.
Whether you are speaking at a conference in front of a large group of real estate agents or making a listing presentation in front of an individual seller, speaking effectively is essential for success.

@bobratahan After years of public speaking, I occasinally feel a little anxiety before a class. I think this is normal and I try to use that feeling to make my presentation shine. If you don't feel a little nervous, then I question how much you care about what you are doing. Of course, sometimes I hit it out of the ballpark. But the majority of time that little tickle keeps me sharpe. I was once told something I've never forgotten and that is "your audiance WANTS you to succeed".
