I did my courses and completed the units and hours. But do I have to take a proctored practice exam in order to receive a certificate of completion?

@Krystal11013194 Yes, your state requires a proctored course final exam for your courses.

Your exam consists of 55 questions. The passing score is at least 70%, and you have unlimited attempts at passing the exam.

Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission regulations require a proctored final exam for your course(s). You will need to arrange for the proctor, which is someone who will simply make sure you take the test without outside assistance. Your proctor must be a disinterested third party, not a relative or a friend. The proctoring process must be followed for each exam attempt.

If you are unable to secure a disinterested third party to proctor your final exam, Kaplan offers Virtual Classroom Proctoring for a fee. The fee is $29 per proctoring session. You are only allowed one attempt per session.

I hope this helps answer your question.
