What I am doing this summer to prepare for medical school

This summer, I am Volunteering and working alongside doctors at Yale New Haven Hospital. Volunteering at Yale New Haven Hospital to research Thoracic Outlet Syndrome is an eye-opening experience! I assist with data collection, patient interactions, and literature reviews, gaining invaluable medical knowledge and research skills. This opportunity not only deepens my understanding of TOS but also highlights the critical role of research in improving patient care. If you're passionate about medicine or volunteering, I encourage you to get involved and make a difference. Share your experiences and join the conversation!
