This is my first time of the day doing this kind of question. I was confident with my answer, but it wasn't the right answer. When I was trying to figure it out, I broke it down like A. Bottom-up, I know it wasn't that because it only uses the senses thus it makes the less since when people find a pattern that would be usual and can't just figure out based on natural feeling. B. top-down was about using the senses + previous knowledge. This was my answer because the shape was thought on was based on imagery + thinking of the shape, star. C. Gate Theory was about the spine and how you can control the pain sensation. It had anything to do with the question so that wouldn't be an answer. In the end D. Gestalt Principle, relating to the human brain filling out the black spaces that make something that wasn't meant to be there, there. That was the reason why the star image was there and not the circular shape that was made to be. I'm thankful for this website because it gives me the change to practice at a really age to help me in the future, so thank you.
