Happy New Year, future doctors!
Let’s be real: While everyone else is resolving to hit the gym, we know you're resolving to finally master the Kidney Tubules and the Bohr Effect. 🫠
If your 2026 mood board is just a giant photo of a 520+ score, this list is for you.
Here are 5 non-negotiable resolutions for every pre-med tackling the MCAT this year:
- Stop Ghosting Qbank💀 Resolution: I will use my Kaplan Qbank before I scroll TikTok. Consistency > Intensity.
- Make Peace with C/P 🧪 Resolution: I will stop pretending Chemistry and Physics don’t exist. High-yield or low-yield, I’m tackling it head-on.
- Active Review > Passive Reading ✍️ Resolution: No more highlighting 10 pages of a prep book and calling it "studying." If I’m not doing practice problems, I’m not growing.
- Protect the Mental Health 🧠 Resolution: One full day of "No Science" per week. Burnout is the enemy of a high score.
- Analyze Every Single Mistake 🔍 Resolution: I will treat my "Mistake Journal" like a sacred text. Why did I miss it? Was it content, or was it logic?
Which one is your biggest struggle right now?
