Avoiding Study Burnout

Happy Friday everyone! As we head into this weekend, I wanted to share some tips to help with avoiding study burnout. Especially at this time of year, juggling LSAT studying and finals can be so difficult. Even if you're not studying for the LSAT right now, finals can be hard enough. Here are some things you can do to help you keep pushing through!

Prioritize self-care: Make sure to get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and eat healthy foods.

Take breaks: Step away from your studies regularly to recharge. This could involve taking a walk, listening to music, or spending time with friends and family.

Set realistic goals:Don't try to do too much at once. Break down your tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks.

Find a study buddy: Studying with a friend or classmate can help you stay motivated and on track.

Change your study environment:If you're feeling stuck, try studying in a different location, such as a library or coffee shop.

Reward yourself: When you reach a goal, give yourself a small reward. This will help you stay motivated and on track.

Seek help if needed:If you're struggling to cope with stress or burnout, don't hesitate to seek help from a counselor or therapist.
