Email, call, send snail mail. Whatever you do, do not forget to negotiate your scholarships before accepting an admissions offer. You can do this by telling the school that you got $X amount of money from another school of a similar caliber and that, if offered more $$, you would attend their school. This is a great opportunity to practice negotiating for when it comes time to consider job offers, as well.
