With a nursing career spanning over three and a half decades, my journey began at the bedside in pediatrics before evolving into a 25-year tenure specializing in Clinical Operations and Population Health. Driven by a deep commitment to securing the future of our healthcare system, I transitioned into Practical Nursing (PN) education with a clear mission: to actively shape, mentor, and empower the next generation of caregivers.

Today, as the Manager of Nurse Consultants at Kaplan, I have the distinct privilege of leading and supporting an elite, highly credentialed team of nursing education experts. By leveraging my extensive background in process improvement and clinical operations, I am able to champion this amazing group of professionals, streamline our strategic initiatives, and remove operational barriers. My goal is to ensure these subject matter experts have the exact resources and operational support they need to do what they do best—help our partners drive excellence in the classroom and effectively equip tomorrow’s nurses for success.
