Hy everyone I started my classes for RE in October, however I have not been able to advance as I would like, it seems much difficult than I thought taking this classes online and at times I do not have the motivation, can some of you tell me what has been a good way to study and understand each subject in the most clear way. Because i read take notes and somehow still missing a thing here and there. thanks! would love a study buddy.

    Hi Sandra, welcome to the world of Real Estate. There is a lot of information relating to the concepts involved. People advance at different levels. I have been studying for a while, and I still don't know everything. We don't need to be experts in appraisals or title insurance, there are dedicated professionals that do that. We just need to pass the required exams.

    We should master basic Real Estate terminology, and everything else will fall into place. The courses alone are not enough. Once you do pass your courses, the best thing to do at that point is to take as many practice exams as you can.
