    The stock market doesn't like uncertainty. We are certainly headed for that with the Trump political administration. The subset of people who invest are probably very uncomfortable with the future trajectory - tariffs, incompetent cabinet members and department leaders. Politics and economics are not separate units. They have been tied together historically and even though we presently think that economics is a separate subject, that's only an illusion in our own minds.
