The stock market has made an impressive rally in the last few weeks with the S&P500 up about 17% year-to-date. The iShares Global Clean Energy ETF is down about 30%.
With all of the emphasis on reducing carbon emissions, why do you suppose the market as a whole is up, but a green energy ETF is down?
