Financial Advisor Futures Scholarships CFP Certification
The College created this scholarship to help correct long-standing disparities in CFP® certification and foster a more representative financial planning community.
Freedom Scholarships
Available to current or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces pursuing professional designations, CFP® certification education, or a Master’s degree.
Merit Scholarships
Awarded to individuals who demonstrate strong academic achievement, leadership, or professional success in finance or financial planning. This includes specialized awards such as:
- Loren Dunton Merit Scholarship (Master’s program)
- David M. King Merit Scholarship (CFP® Certification Program)
- Ginger E. Current Professional Certification Scholarship
CFP® Exam Prep Scholarships
Offered in partnership with the CFP Board Center for Financial Planning, these scholarships cover the full cost of the College’s Premium CFP® Exam Prep Review for selected candidates from underrepresented populations.
Champions of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (CoVITA) Scholarships
Supports students, educators, and faculty in Puerto Rico who volunteer with the VITA program by providing access to financial education programs that strengthen community impact.
