New to real estate and looking for a study group

🗣️Hello everyone, my name is Clint and I Reside in Oklahoma. My current occupation is Registered Nurse; but I am looking to enter the real estate profession. I do not have a great support structure, lots of naysayers around me, so I would like to associate with others who may be in similar circumstances for support and encouragement.

There are naysayers everywhere! Everybody either tried it themselves and failed, or knew somebody to tried it and failed, and so it goes. They all barely sold a house every other month while knowing that other realtors were kicking butt and making lots and lots of $$$$.
As long as you have a modicum of intelligence, a burning desire to help people, and the ability to look outside of the box to find clients, you'll succeed. It's the people who think they rely on getting quality leads who fail. Because they don't know what a quality lead looks like and blow the deal.

Hi Clint, I have been studying for a while, but I am not quite yet ready to move forward.
We would obviously study National concepts. National concepts apply Nationwide, while each state has their own regulations.
It is good to master the very basics of Real Estate Concepts. One example, Life Estates originated in the Medieval days, primarily England and France. So yeah, we can study National Real Estate concepts, it applies everywhere in the U.S. and abroad.Anthony
