Hi everyone I am Myesha. I am located in columbus georgia today will be my first day and I am looking for a study group that I can begin this journey with I graduate 06/6/2025 and wishing great luck for the ones that are ahead!

    Hi Myesha, I do not live in Georgia, but I would love to Study National Real Estate concepts with you. Every State has their own State specific laws, but the National portion applies to all States, and abroad. For example, the history of Life Estates dates back to the Medieval times, with Kings/Queens, Knights Peasants etc. lol Life Estates originated primarily in England and France.

    So yeah, National Real Estate Concepts apply 'everywhere'.
