Hello, does anyone here have list of all potential buyer objections and script or responses to handle each one effectively? Could you please direct me to that resource? As a new real estate agent, I would like to put a list together so I can rehearse the scenarios and response until they become second nature. :-) I just want to learn how to effectively handle objections. Thank you! I read this blog post called “Life is full of objections” from Inman and it was very good. Thank you!

@Coleen Ducut Encarnacion there are so many resources for scripts. You can literally google "scripts for real estate agents" and pages of resources come up. Your own brokerage should have many scripts available to you as well as your local board of realtors. Here is a link from NAR (National Association of Realtors) that I often refer to: https://www.nar.realtor/magazine/tools/real-estate-scripts

The important think to remember about scripts is to practice them first. You need to practice on a daily basis with a co-worker, sales manager, broker or coach. Practice to the point where it becomes natural and no matter what direction the prospect takes you, you can adjust, pivot and respond accordingly. Have fun, be yourself and use the words that best fit who you are. Go get it.
