Jobs in real estate while studying for your license
hello, I have been studying and taking classes for my license for about 3 months now and I was wondering if there are any jobs available to work while I work on my license. I am a hands on learner and working in the field while working on getting my license would help me better understand the material.

@Crutcher10070279 Thanks so much for submitting a question here on our Community Forum. Often local brokerages may be looking for admin positions to fill or larger teams might have positions open for marketing, social media and technology, none of which would require a real estate license. Many brokerages and teams might have internship programs where a pre-licensed person may be able to start doing activities that don't require a license (depending on State & Local laws & regulations) which may include producing and distributing marketing materials (off and/or online), planning open houses, transaction coordination to name a few. I would start with the well known brokerages that have good presence in your area and introduce yourself to the Brokers or Sales Managers. Let them know you are working towards your license and share your career goals with them. They will guide you in the right direction to ensure that you are 100% compliant with all laws, rules, etc. You may also find job openings via online job boards. We wish you a ton of success and so glad to have you as part of our student community.
