Scheduling the Proctored Exam
Hi all,
I've completed the Pre-Lincensing course (exams + hours) and am looking for schedule the proctored exam. It appears as though there are slots available as early as this Thursday, which is great. But I'm hesitant, because there's a section within one of the prep guides that says one should schedule an exam at least two weeks out, and I'm curious as to why? Is that to give myself more time to solidify the information, just a suggestion, or something else? I was expecting to have to wait to take the state/national test, especially since I want to study the national aspect a little more, but do I have to/should I wait to also take the proctored one as well?
Thanks,
Will

You should schedule your exam for when you are ready to take one. why wait out two weeks? Probably to make sure your background check and finger printing results are in before you are allowed to take exam. It will also give you a chance to take mock tests before you appear for actual one. Not an expert but this is what I think.
