New Aspiring Realtor
Vested
🗣️Hi everyone — I’m looking to connect with a mentor in the real estate space.
I’m actively learning and working toward building a long-term real estate business and would value guidance from someone with hands-on experience. I’m especially interested in learning from someone who has navigated acquisitions, operations, and scaling over time—not just theory, but real-world execution.
I bring a strong work ethic, follow-through, and a willingness to learn. My goal is to shorten the learning curve by learning from someone who’s been where I’m trying to go and is open to sharing insights, lessons learned, and perspective.
If you’re open to mentoring—or open to an occasional conversation—I’d be grateful for the opportunity to connect. Thank you in advance, and I appreciate being part of this community.

Welcome Nicholas!
We are very excited to have you join us in this fast paced career. The biggest thing I tell new agents is that you get what you put into the business. You are already doing exactly what you should which is putting yourself out there and asking for advice. I am going to send you a direct message in a moment with more information. I am in the Triangle area and so my advice would be very specific to Raleigh/Durham.
For example, if you were in Charlotte I would connect you with some friends who operate in that area. Another great resource will be your REALTOR association which will become available to you after you get your license. They have hours and hours of content to help support your journey. Most of that information will be found through their Canopy MLS. If you search for Canopy you will find a whole library of materials to get started.
If you have any questions while you are in class please don't hesitate to reach out!
