@Tana11398628 CONGRATULATIONS!! That's fantastic!
A huge CONGRATULATIONS on completing your Kaplan program, and welcome to the Kaplan Alumni family! We know the dedication it took, and we couldn't be prouder to have been part of your journey.
Now for the important stuff...
What's the VERY first thing you did (or are going to do) to celebrate passing your exams? 🥳

I relaxed and had a girls night!

@Tana11398628 Sounds lovely and well deserved!
If you want to get a jump start on getting your new career in order, now is a great time to take the Real Estate Accelerator course. You purchased it with your package, and it will help you get your business and marketing plans in place so you can hit the ground running.
I know more classes might not sound appealing right now, but these classes are fun and teach you about the real estate business. There's a live session tonight from 6-7p MT on Real Estate Scripts. We hope to see you there!

Hi, my name is Doug Balbas and I’m having the worst time passing the unit exams. I’ve only read the material and key point review. I feel like I need a study partner. What do you recommend I do to remember these questions and answers? I passed the class in California 20 years ago and only missed the state test by 1 point.
on a more positive note, I live in the Spokane, Washington, Coeur d Alene, Idaho area.3 -
Hi @Douglas11625190 What test are you studying for? We do have live LEARN and Exam Prep sessions you can attend. This is the best place to get your questions answered by a live instructor.

@Brian11657032 congratulations on finishing your program. We recommend taking your state exams within 2 weeks after finishing your program. This way, the information is fresh, and you don't lose any of your hard work. Good luck! Please come back and let us know how you did.

Hi everyone! My name is Divya Yalavarthi. I earned my Salesperson License in 2024 using Kaplan’s courses and had a great experience. I’ve now enrolled again to work toward my Broker’s License, with the goal of passing on the first try—just like I did for my Salesperson exam.
It’s great to see familiar mentors here, and I’m happy to be part of the Kaplan alumni community. Looking forward to learning alongside all of you!

Hi @DIVYA We are glad to have you back and are excited for you to pursue your Broker's License. Let us know if you have questions along the way. We are always here to help. Best of luck!

Passed both exams last week😆😆😆😆😆
Do we automatically gain access to this part of the forum? Will we lose access to it once our time is up?

@Inoino11496693 CONGRATULATIONS!! What an accomplishment! You should be very proud of yourself. That is not an easy task.
You will have access to the Alumni and the Career categories even after your course expires. We would love to hear from you and help answer any of the questions that will come up once you have your license. In the meantime, look around in both communities and check things out. There's a lot of great information.
Here is an article on what questions to ask when you are looking for a brokerage.

I'd like to take a moment to shout out that I passed both PA and National Exams nearly 90%! I was stunned when the assistant handed me the printout each time. It was surreal. What an amazing ride this has been. I attended every class I could and enjoyed all the instructors. Thank you for a great experience at Kaplan, I’m grateful for all of you! Jason
