I am totally new to Realty business in USA. I would want pursue my career in Realty. I am based in San Diego, CA. I am yet to get the license. I am preferring Kaplan for my pre-license education.
I request all to help me with tips for preparing for the exam and passing the exam.

To get your real estate license in California, you’ll need to:
- Complete the required pre-licensing education,
- Pass your course exams,
- Prepare for the California State Exam, and
- Pass the State Exam.
You can read more about the California licensing requirements here, and register for your Kaplan courses here. The CA courses are comprised of correspondence courses, online video options, and live online classes via Zoom. Our exam prep program is one of the best in the industry and will help you feel confident when exam day arrives.
A few study tips as you begin:
