    @Natalie11365257 Agency can be a confusing subject. You MUST know these terms.

    Principal/Client -this is the person(s) you are working FOR.

    Third Party/Customer -this is the person(s) you are working WITH.

    You are an AGENT only to your client and owe them fiduciary duties. OLD CAR

    1. Obedience
    2. Loyalty
    3. Disclosure of material facts
    4. Confidentiality (you owe this for a lifetime)
    5. Accounting for anything of value you receive on the your clients behalf
    6. Reasonable skill and care

    You are a broker to your customer to whom you must be fair, honest and disclose all material facts regarding the property.

    Listing Agent-is working for the seller

    Selling Agent-is working with the buyer ——This is a different term than Seller's Agent. So watch out for the difference.
