Hi @Yulia Gates. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Some students are receiving a 500 error when logging into the LMS. We are in the process of getting this fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

@David10441463 Yes. I just logged off a few minutes ago and now I am getting an error message. With the weather being so severe this may be the reason. I am going to check with my manager to see how to proceed. Or if they know when the LMS will be back up.

I'm currently experiencing this issue when I try to log in to my FRM Part 1 November 2025: 500 Internal Server Error.

Just to inform you that some functionalities seem to be back, but I'm getting this error: 'GraphQL error: An error occurred in the GraphQL call to LMS.' when I try to access certain study tools, like my mock exams.

Hello, it seems there is a problem this morning. When I log in and reach my dashboard, it’s empty—nothing appears, just a blank page, not even the top menu. The first time I logged in this morning, it “worked,” but I saw the error: GraphQL error: An error occurred in the GraphQL call to LMS displayed on my main page.

@Jeremie10704909 Have you tried logging out and back in again? If that doesn't work for you, try reaching out to tech support : retechsupport@kaplan.com or 800.636.9517. I have another student who said she had an issue logging in as well and had to switch to her tablet and it's working fine there.
