This summer, I've been able to gain hands-on experience in both majors. I work as a social media manager for the local branch of a luxury shoe company, creating original content for Instagram and managing the store's general Internet presence. I've also worked to begin original research for an upcoming class I'll take this year as a history major by connecting with a local historical foundation. Though neither of these experiences directly relate to law, they've improved my communication, research, and writing skills immensely- all things critical for success in the legal field.
