Has anyone previously (or currently) held (or hold) a role as a Leasing Agent and/or Property Manager, that led you desire to take the Real Estate Exam Prep Course and obtain your Real Estate License?

How many Real Estate agents took the exam, passed the exam, and are now successful Real Estate agents, without prior real estate, sales, or customer service experience?

@Rachel11589173 I don't know of any statistical data to answer your question, but I do know that leasing agents/property managers tend to make a career progression into real estate. It's a very logical progression and typically requires a very similar skill set. In some states, you are required to hold a real estate license to be a property manager.

The same applies to your second question; no specific statistics are available.
