In the tagging panel, start typing the word you think best relates to your core topic — i.e. if you're giving advice, choose "advice", etc.:
If you see an option that aligns with your topic in the dropdown, select it. If your tag does not generate a dropdown list, your choice is new:
If you're absolutely certain that's the tag for you, simply click your mouse anywhere outside the tagging panel and it will save as a new tag:
