✅ What Counts as Acceptable CE Documentation?
To meet designation renewal requirements, CE documentation must include:
✔ Your full name
✔ Program/course name
✔ CE sponsor’s name
✔ Date and location of the course
✔ The number of CE credits earned
✔ A sponsor representative’s signature

📄 Accepted Formats:

• Certificate of Completion
• Official Transcript
• Grade Report

🚫 Not Accepted:

• Screenshots
• Excel spreadsheets
• Photos of course pages
• Forwarded emails
